Our Pro Support option is for any work you may want us to do that goes beyond our technical support obligations you get when buying hardware or software products from us.

In general, technical support is for when you have a specific problem with a product you have purchased from us. It does not include:
For that, you need Pro Support.
Our Pro Support is available at a cost of £75 + VAT per hour. Minimum purchase is one hour, and for each hour you purchase, those minutes are credited to your Pro Support balance.
Any work we do is billed on a per minute basis. It works as follows:
You purchase 60 minutes of support. We then provide support for an issue, and that support takes 15 minutes. Your balance is reduced by 15 minutes to 45 minutes. Your balance will remain at 45 minutes until you use the Pro Support service again.
